Teatro Angel Dal Foco
Pergola

The Teatro Angel Dal Foco , built in the 18th century and dedicated to the captain of fortune from Pergola, was renovated by the architect Raimondo Compagnini. It replaced the Teatro della Luna, set up in 1696 in the magazzini dell'Abbondanza, founded by the Accademia degli Immaturi. During World War II, it was stripped of its furnishings and used as a shelter for displaced persons. Next to the theatre is the 17th-century Sala dell'Abbondanza, which houses an installation by maestro Walter Valentini, donated to the city in 2002.
