Teatro Giovanni Mestica
Apiro

The Teatro Giovanni Mestica in Apiro, in the historic center, is an example of a late 19th-century Italian theatre, with a trapezoidal structure composed of an stalls area, two tiers of boxes, and a gallery. Since 2012, it has been managed by the Teatro di Onisio company, with the support of the Le Montagne di San Francesco association and the Municipality of Apiro. He received funding from the Marche Region in 2018 and 2019 for cultural activities in the areas affected by the earthquake. Despite limited resources, the theater stands out for its ambitious vision, collaborating nationally and offering thematic seasons with prose, music, dance, workshops, and workshops, becoming a cultural reference point.
